About First Marshall Auto Auction?
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
They have a 2015 Chrysler 300 listed for $6700. I know nothing about them, was hoping someone had experience or insight on them because this seems a deal I shouldn’t pass up if it’s legit.

I can’t decide whether their url is the best or worst idea, but damned if it wasn’t an idea.
“What’s their website again?”
*looks for yellow pages, realizes the phone book went direct f rom porch to trash, gives up*

Perfectly suited for a daily/cruiser, with plenty of grunt when needed, and 30+ mpg hwy.

My phone book went from front lawn, into snow blower, back into lawn, then into the trash.
Why they thought throwing it in my snow covered driveway was a good idea was beyond me.

No idea but I'd crawl over that with a fine tooth comb. No mileage and no pics of the screens on and running. That's a lot cheaper than most auction 300s.

Wondering if they’re like bank repo vehicles sold at payoff cost?

Here in Michigan they auction it to highest bidder then the bank has to approve the amount. If not they just auction it again.
This is a little far for you and I certainly wouldn't buy anything from an auction blind but it's handy to see what goes for what.

Given the location I would tread lightly - not easy on cars. These things can probably take a beating though.

Hell no, run from that. Google the name and see what comes up. 2.4 Stars on Google and abysmal ratings from other sites. Not to mention a BBB article is about 4 links down stating they have warned this place twice. Read below.

I’m a little shocked you haven’t considered a Dodge Journey. You’re probably the only person on here who would benefit from one.
*Mopar loyalty
*More wagon, less crossover
*Plenty can be had for cheap
*Third row is small but not bad
*Decent visibility and not a ton of tech gizmos. A lot of them don’t even have backup cameras.
*Reliable? Haven’t heard about them falling apart.
*Not big.

No sliders, no sale. Sorry, I like my minivans with sliding doors. That being said, a Journey is one of the few modern denial minivans I would actually consider, only in V6 form though.
We’re looking to replace our main run about with something that shouldn’t need work, so that means the car is getting replaced, so we want another car. The vans are nice, but you never realize how much you missed a trunk until you have one again.

I do not but I do have a question for you: WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO GO TO HARVEY, IL?

If I can get a decent car for 1/2 of what others would cost, WHY WOULDN’T I?!?!?

Yeah, a Journey should be good reliably (especially compared to some of your fleet), but a Charger/300 would be plenty good, too. I thought I saw somewhere you said you had three kids, and most second rows are a squeeze for three! If you want a sedan and Mopar, the Charger/300 is really it. Early 2010’s probably wouldn’t be a big risk, either.

Looking at 2012+ Chargers/300s as I’ve read they are significantly more reliable than the earlier years.
Most modern vehicles are a squeeze for 3 kids, which is kinda funny because we all fit in my 95 Acclaim just fine, which was a small midsize in it’s day. Seems the Charger/300 are the only sedans that can really handle 3 in the back seat comfortably these days.

You: Cheese head, no?
Me: F.I.B., a Chicago born one at that. And proud of it.
There just isn't anything in Harvey worth your time and money. Not saying they aren't good people. Just not worth your time and money.

I quite like the facelift models, in actuality one of those is likely what we’ll end up with seeings we really want 2014 or newer.
